HOURLY MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

    Bill Morgan offers one-on-one training and group sessions in stress reduction techniques. Helpful in treating anxiety and other stress-related disorders, you will learn stress management techniques, relieve tension, and gain a feeling of control over the causes of stress and anxiety.

Sessions are progressive from remedial Breathing and Relaxation methods to Advanced Obstacle Resolution. Mindfulness methods are leaned and applied to internal conflicts through Aquatic Tuning and a range of Eastern methods. Freeing energy channels and building on a new foundation for confronting and conquering daily challenges. As the breathing instrument is freed of negativity, the body learns to operate without soul-sapping tension: this is the mind-body connection. One’s true self emerges strong and confident, curious and enthusiastic.  

The number of sessions required varies according to individual needs.

Your club or facility can partner in a weekend retreat. Usually begins Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. Contact Bill for arrangements.
