William Morgan

Hello, I am William Morgan I have been helping and training clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals for over 25 years. Over time I have fined tuned my Water Yoga Mindfulness Training, enabling clients to apply the Eastern principles of basic Yoga and mindfulness upon deep rooted, seemingly insolvable problems. More recently, i have focused on the problems of athletes, those who under-perform in critical moments, or who experience mental blocks in specific competitive situations. 
I have studied with well-known and seasoned Zen and Yoga practitioners from Japan and China. From those values and traditions handed down, I have cultivated my own techniques and methods for real-world benefits. I split my time between Sarasota and the Caribbean where I write and practice my Mindful Water Yoga Training. I travel extensively for speaking and working with elite athletes and others desiring to overcome self-limiting issues to achieve success and happiness.
